Medically supervised weight loss
Dr. Ibi is a provider registered with the Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL), a program that uses evidence-based methods to help you lose weight and live healthier. A combination of diet, exercise, behavioral modification, counseling, education, and if needed, medication is used to help you achieve your weight goals. In addition, Lipotropic injections and Verju laser treatment may also be used to help speed up the rate of fat loss.
An essential part of our program is the use of the Body Composition Analysis (BCA) scale to monitor your weight loss journey. The sequential measurement of your body composition gives you a visual breakdown (in numbers) of what your body is composed of and how much body fat you lose in between visits.
Not everybody has the same lifestyle, medical condition or body metabolism, this is why we tailor the weight loss program to fit your specific needs. We take into account all the Bio-Pyscho-Social factors influencing your life and create a program that is suitable for you. This means that you would not be forced into a program that may be potentially harmful to you or one that you cannot sustain.

Primary Care
As a Board- Certified Internist for almost two decades, Dr. Ibi brings a vast wealth of experience into the Practice. Adult patients ages 17 and up with or without medical conditions are welcome to use our service as a Primary Care Provider. We take care of your health care needs from your annual physical to the management of chronic medical conditions such as:

Allergy testing and immunotherapy
For a lot of people, allergy season can be tough. For some, allergy is not a season, it’s constant. Some common allergy symptoms are nasal congestion, sneezing, itchy eyes and ears, hives, wheezing, coughing and stomach discomfort. Seasonal or constant, these allergy symptoms may cause terrible discomfort and are a major cause for school and work absenteeism. The worst part is not knowing what is causing your allergy symptoms.
With this in mind, Pearl Medical Clinic offers services in Allergy testing to help you figure out what is causing your symptoms. Through the process of multiple allergen exposure, we determine which specific allergen you are sensitive to and tailor your treatment to achieve lasting relief from that allergen.
To tailor your treatment, we use the technique of Immunotherapy. Immunotherapy is the only way to treat allergies specifically. Using medication, over-the-counter or prescribed, only helps relieve the symptoms you experience. Immunotherapy, on the other hand, is a process that causes your body to decrease how sensitive you are to the allergen until you eliminate that sensitivity. Simply put, Immunotherapy deals with the root of the problem, which is over-sensitivity to an allergen, leading to a resolution of allergy symptoms.
Urgent visits and immunization
The best person to care for you when you need urgent medical attention is your Primary Care Doctor. The clinic is available to schedule urgent visits for you when the need arises because we understand that certain medical problems do not show up on a schedule. Under the care of Dr. Ibi, your urgent health care needs will be resolved in a timely and compassionate manner.
Adult immunization is very important for certain chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Congestive heart failure, Lung disease, conditions requiring chronic steroid use and even in the elderly. As your provider, we will make sure that you are well protected from life-threatening diseases by ensuring your immunizations are up to date.
Immigration physicals
The process for our Immigration physical is seamless and our prices are one of the most affordable in the area. If you do not have your childhood Immunization records, we are able to do your labs to check your immunity status. By doing this, we avoid unnecessary re-immunization thereby reducing your overall cost. Dr. Ibi is credentialed as a civil surgeon with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) so you can trust that the report you get from us will be accepted.
